Pros

Very few... They give you study leave and they might pay you a fraction of your overtime if you are willing to put up a fight. You will learn a about fund accounting if you have no prior experience, they run through the entire valuation process, so you would be able to gain insight into the exact mechanics of a NAV calculation. Some individuals claim that they received attractive performance bonuses, what they had to do to receive those bonuses are concerning...

Cons

General incompetence across management level. Politics/favoritism is rife. YOU WILL BE SET UP FOR FAILURE! Incredibly long hours, with no recognition. Their PC's and networks are the worse I have ever seen. The staff get exploited and the working hours are inhumane. No leadership in the company, management (most of which are married with children) get so drunk at year end functions, that they end up hooking up with colleagues or complete strangers, right in front of other staff members (absolutely no shame). Truly sickening behavior.
