Pros
1. Salary never delayed at all 2. Work is depending on lead (good or bad) 3. Product based company 4. Transportation Facility 5. Very good if joining at high salary ( more than 70,000) - don't join at low salary (less than 30,000)
Cons
1. You will have 24 leaves. (Leave approval depend on leave - my lead never approve leave at first try ) 2. Increment is around 10% fixed for QA - 15-20% for developer - around 10% for production. (For 15,000 Salary increment 1500. For 1 lakh it is 10,000) 3. It is not pure IT company. It is machine manufacturing factory based on software. 3. Your experience will not considered much in the IT Field 4.You have to find hardware yourself in the company to work (like you are begging for your personal work) For example, you have to do some software work. But you have to find PC yourself in the company. 5. No Timing Flexibility. 6. 3 months notice period. 7. Disastrous Store rules. ( you will feel like begger at store.) 8. No management flow
