Coworkers make it a great place to work. Upper management was supportive and knowledgeable. There is a lot of support and great folks with other departments if you ask. Nice facilities.

Learning about self consolidating concrete, the logistics of construction and the benefits that are rendered to contractors and communities by precast products was great.

Weird leadership and management styles.
