Pros
Regular overtime, friendly and approachable management in most areas, vending machines for food and drinks as well as microwaves in the break-room.
The normal work week is Monday through Thursday, but often can include Friday and Saturday as well.
Cons
Over 50% of incoming/new employees employees quit within their first few months and it is common for people to get off the line and walk out throughout the week.
Due to this high rate of people leaving in ALL positions, from line worker through management, and high product demand, many areas are understaffed and overtime is mostly mandatory. You could easily end up working 12 hour shifts Monday through Friday.
It's very common for people to leave because of how they are treated by coworkers as each person on a line is individually responsible for the product that comes their way, but it can be quickly made difficult if the person "up stream" can't keep up. The stress can, and does, build up very quickly and it's common for line workers to be at each others throats several times throughout a shift.
