Pros

- Very supporting people , always ready to help. - You are given responsibility, not some shitty intern projects. - Very Diverse, professionally and ethnically.

Cons

- Salary not competetive as other fortune 100 or rather 500 companies like Cummins, Shlumberger -They should place people at right job as per skills where they can perform better. - No talk about full time job offer, emails were not replied back. - Not many young people in the company, but its means more opportunities for someone who joins now for full time.

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
