      remote culture allows for flexibility but thats all

      - No pressure - Friendly team - Periodically some fun events

      Cons

      - Prefers work with South Am engineers. If you are local, big risk to be replaced with latin ones (not means that those are bad, but a little cheaper). So you have to be two had upper.
