Different tasks to complete on a daily basis. Decent pay considering the area considering the local employers as a whole regardless of field. Coworkers would stand by each other and were of great help in learning tasks on the fly.

Employees have absolutely no input on anything, if we raise concerns they would get brushed off. Parts would never arrive on time yet one would still be expected to somehow rush a truck out to a customer before the parts arrive, often-times a week late. Specifications and wiring diagrams were rarely in agreement with eachother. When hired I was told there would be training. There was absolutely nothing you could describe as training, you were just thrown at a truck from day one. Pay was drastically below similar jobs in the area.
