      Pros

      Overall good leadership, Fantastic HR Department. Needs to be recognized. Very Good Culture and recognition of Core Values. Pay right on par with others. Great Field Employees, Sales people showed passion for products and customers.

      Cons

      Poor communication interdepartmentally from top down. Impulsive decision making with poor execution on a handful of big changes. Rev Ops. got worse , not better.
