Inconsistent Industry - Leasing Specialist Kane Realty Employee Review

Service division was great and Mr. Kane was great man to work for

Office staff constant needs, such as opening doors for vendors and pool tech could be excessive and is not part of service dept

Most of the people are really nice. They treat their employees very well. It's really fun to work there. I would absolutely recommend working for this employer as long as you are not working in the Finance/Accounting Department.

If you every have an opinion that the contrary to the managers or stick up for another group or yourself and they feel it will reflect poorly on them they will retaliate against you. They will constantly nitpick at you and make your life miserable. You will be treated differently than everyone else.
