Business outlook
Pros
The work-life-balance is great, and A.T. Kearney puts emphasis on that. Salary and benefits package are also above average, and the company has a good reputation.
Cons
The culture can be very competitive and egocentric up to the point of ignoring interns. The offices in German-speaking Central Europe are laughable, very small and certainly not representative for a company with such a positive reputation.
