Avoid if you have self respect - Business Development Consultant Kene Partners Employee Review

I left after 3 days so that gives you an indication of my experience. I have never had such a negative experience with an SLT. Other than completely ignoring multiple messages/attempts at communication. I was also ‘told off’ and sworn at by the BD manager on a call I had requested due to me feeling unwelcome in my first few days. When I raised this with HR, I was told it couldn’t be taken into consideration because I had a recording of the call but no permission to record it. So the things that were said to me were dismissed and I was given 0 apology for the way I was treated and spoken to. It definitely won’t be hard to figure out who I am but I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I went through and can almost guarantee you would find a better place to work with a more supportive management team.
