Cons
- Honestly there are no downsides. Besides working really hard, we are doing it for a purpose and if you are aligned with the purpose, then it won't feel like hard work. - Personally the travel time can be a con (1.5hrs) sometimes, but again, I love this work environment and the people so much that the travel time is really irrelevant.
