Pros
I became very close to other coworkers, and had many regular customers that knew me by name. There was constantly things to do, so I was never bored, and generally I had fun while on the job.
Cons
Changes of policy by corporate office made store-walks a regular occurrence. Turnover rate was very high because perfection was expected for little pay.
