They don't care if you have a death in the family, if you are in the ER, car crash or anything. If they need you, they don't give any care to you. They forced employees to attend during the San Diego Fires to come to work even if the fire was at the backdoor to their house. People have suffered from heat stroke, over worked and underpaid with this company. I never had this happen but I heard the stories from other employees and have seen it. They just dont care! If you dont have a 3.5 or above you cant go to the graduate program. No exceptions. So there is no equal opportunity IF you dont suckup to management, if you dont speak spanish there is no way of making it up to the leads Management is rude beyond belief
