Culture, work-life balance, bullying and intimidation by senior management, poor bonuses, terrible equipment, blame culture, no allowance for someone in training (you get blamed anyway if things don’t go well), closed mind mentality (not open to new ideas), zero respect for people, there is no tolerance or help for people who might struggle, it’s survival of the fittest and middle and senior management are happy with that (it seems to be what they want). The money is good, but it’s a place to stay away from unless you’ve nothing to lose. Not a place for creative or sensitive types or if you’re thin skinned. This place will crush you if you’re the wrong type.
