Cons
The people! The CEO is just clueless… about the company, about business in the general, about life. Management is 97% old white men. And if you’re not male, you won’t be seen in any management role at all. 97% of the front office is white in general. Women do the dirty hard work, men are the suits making all the big decision. All non-white people are in the back in the warehouse. It’s shameful how little diversity there is. The job itself is unrealistic. Pay isn’t competitive. A few core people who have worked there forever have ALL the businesses in their name. And those veterans are rude. They don’t help the newer people. The culture overall is lacking and honestly, I saw less bullying and cattiness in high school.
