Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we are sorry you have not had the experience you wanted, or that we would expect you to have. We do have some truly talented colleagues, who are great to work with and we are pleased to see you have also recognised the fast-paced environment with varied work and opportunities to learn. We are sorry to hear that you believe that leaders put money before wellbeing. Of course, as a business, financial performance is important but we do believe in the importance of looking after our people. We have put in numerous wellbeing initiatives and our wellbeing-related absence (e.g. from stress, anxiety, depression) has fallen from 26% in 2023 to just 5% so far in 2025. We are putting in place the foundations for our new career development pathways and more information on this will be announced in the upcoming 2-3 months. We have also launched a Mentoring programme this year and our Talent & Leadership Development programme for current and aspiring leaders.
