Pros
Working environment is very good. The Salaries are given in time. Senior management is good and always open to suggestions. Very strong base as being a product based company. Given good onsite opportunity to aspiring candidates.
Cons
Not much growth opportunity in the R & D team. As being a product based company, use of latest technologies is pretty less, and all engineers have to work in the Product/API of the company.
