I had chances to meet and talk to financial professionals and experienced something that can't be bought with money. Also, you can expand your professional network. - Coworkers shared their sales goals and made a great effort to accomplish the company’s goal. When I was at Latin Markets, everyone worked only half day in the third quarter because we reached the second quarter’s goal. It was great to work by noon in the summer time. It motivated employees to work more efficiently.
