The senior leadership team is completely out of touch with what is happening on the ground. There is a pattern of cycling and burning through resources rather than investing in the team. For a company of this age there is little to no human resources support. A typical pattern especially in product and engineering is to blame the team first. Lack of psychological safety and growth opportunities for women.
