Lazy One is a smaller company but has benefits and facilities like the giant companies without the negatives that come from being one of many at the giant companies. Lazy One makes great products so that is a great foundation to build a career on. The owners are relaxed and fun which translates throughout the company. Lazy One has a great culture and atmosphere. Benefits here are great as well, especially the profit sharing. I like being treated as a professional and given latitude to accomplish my job without being micromanaged. Great family atmosphere here and understanding of family responsibilities outside of work. Can't say enough good about Lazy One and the owners. Love it here.

The only cons are the people who come work here that are not a good fit and then they leave and give Lazy One a bad review. Hell hath no fury like an employee scorned.
