      Pros

      I may be a little biased, but working with LeanDNA as a CSE / CSM has been my favorite role so far in my career. The environment is fast-paced and very entrepreneurial. There is no micromanaging and each team member is trusted and empowered to make their own contributions. The team is great and the company is growing quickly.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but working with LeanDNA is a fantastic opportunity for rapid personal and professional growth.
