Pros
Management are too senseless to see whats happeneing so coming in 30 minutes late or taking 2 hour lunches is not a problem for some people if thats your thing?!
Cons
• Prejudice bias and meaningless Management department with big egos that treat you like the dirt off their shoe to make them selves feel better. these selective people were probably abused as children or in there previous life. • Company does not care about your welfare only budgets, so as an individual you mean nothing to them • You will be thrown into the lions pit with no guidance or no care how you complete your work. • If you are already a professional do not expect to learn here and the reason behind this is that most people have unnecessary narcissistic traits that prevent you from reaching your full potential. • Again! Only good reviews on this website are written by HR!!! Beware!
