Pros
Im going to be 100% honest with this review. I will start by saying this. This company is a performance based company, so what that means is you get results based on your work ethic and performance. Playing sports my whole life I always worked hard and because of that I grew in my sport and got opportunities others didn't because of my work ethic and my performance. I will also add this when I started I had ZERO experience in this field, but with the hands on training I was able to learn the proper tools and was guided in the right direction. This company taught me everything I needed to learn and how to actually apply them. Because of my performance in the company I was able to travel to some pretty cool places within the first couple months. Some other pros include; competitive bonuses weekly and daily, family like environment, office nights, and the ability to grow within the company within 12-18 months to manage a new branch.
Cons
The cons have nothing to do with company. The cons come from the field. There are sales involved with this company, so in any sales job the word no happens, so you have to be able to understand that. The company is willing and shows you how to go about your day in the most productive way possible.
