Pros
The work/life balance is really great overall and their benefits are solid. The people are generally collaborative and kind and there are many colleagues I have who have been here over 10, 15 or even 20 years.
Cons
There has been a lot of changes happening within the organization over the last couple years to drive more accountability re: performance and meeting our financial goals based on what's going on in the insurance industry as a whole. That has unfortunately impacted people's jobs and resulted in a lot of reorganizations which has made it feel a bit more unstable.
