      Remote work; some great team members

      Cons

      Executive team cares very little for staff; no HR department or Operations; as an organization that has been operating for over 20 years they run like a brand new start up with a team that doesn't know what they are doing.

Unfortunately we haven’t been able to help us get our business in order after 26 years. We cannot believe we keep getting so lucky and remaining successful. We will keep trying though!!       Pros

      More Time for my Life, More Freedom & Flexibility, & Great Pay. Learning great skills, surrounded by a fantastic team environment. Love the support and team. All I have to do is take appointments, show up, close, and earn a ton of money.

      Cons

      Get paid exactly based on effort, no free rides, have to bet on myself rather than accept handouts like a leach.
