Pros
The environment in my department is very positive, healthy, and supportive, which makes daily work much more pleasant. My colleagues are hardworking, cooperative, and always willing to help when needed, creating a strong team spirit. I also want to highlight the HR team, who have been consistently helpful and approachable. They have always supported me, especially when I had special requests related to family matters, showing understanding and flexibility. I’ve also seen them handle important and sensitive situations with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, which I really appreciate.
Cons
Overall, my experience has been very positive, so there are no major concerns from my side. If anything, there is always room for improvement in communication between different departments, which could make processes even smoother. It would also be nice to have a bit more flexibility with remote working, for example being able to work from home at least two days per week instead of one, as that would help with work-life balance and productivity.
