      Pros

      MNC but runs a little like a SME, good because if management is good at making decisions then everything moves fast.

      Cons

      Lack structure but slow improvements. Conflicting priorities hard to manage, but then again, what's new.

      Pros

      Scheduling is great for day shift schedules.

      Cons

      Can't use just one hour of PTO. Have to use 4 hours at a time. Raises are far a few between and in order to move up, you have to be friends with that group of people.
