Over all my interview process was great, mainly because the staff was very detailed in explaining how everything works. Also it’s a fun environment to work in.

The only thing I would say that can improve is the interview process, very was so over fast

Unprofessional team from the recruiters to the CEO, they shared information about other candidates, did not properly train for the position, and did not even stand up when shaking my hand after the offer had been presented. Low income (25k a year), inaccurate job titles because everyone starts as an “account executive” aka a street sales person on the Chicago streets regardless of weather conditions. No benefits package provided and they have no concern about your needs just how much money you can make them.
