Unbelievably poor Senior Management, CEO who lives in his own World and is single handedly destroying his own business. The investor group Starboard were completely right in their open admission of his failings. Disgraceful way of dealing with senior team members across the business when making redundancies. $72 per share to $4 per share in next to no time tells a story, as does nearly 1,000 redundancies in the last six months. If you are a quality employee and you are considering this company make sure you first consider the competition, LivePerson may well have been market leaders but the way this business is being run is appalling.
