-Decent (But Stagnant) Pay -401k (company does not match) -Good Healthcare (Down from Great now that SFX contributes less for 2015-2016) If your into it -Free entry into Clubs owned by SFX / Tickets to Festivals owned by SFX
Cons
-Gloomy Outlook for Company -Cynical & Mostly Clueless Upper Management -Stagnant Pay -Overworked -Work 50-60+ hours a week on Salary -Stock Options are worthless -Uneven Pay for job class -"Bro" atmosphere -Broken Promises (Bonuses, Raises, Etc) -No Evaluations (So they can avoid giving you a raise?) -Upper Management has lacking work ethic -Only a Skeleton Crew left. All others were fired or quit.
