    Cons

    Change. The advertising environment has moved away from phone books, TV, Radio, Newspapers etc to Digital and Localsearch has evolved however unfortunately some of my colleagues were either unable or not prepared to undergo the required learning & adjustments to be part of the companies future. Change is always chalkenging.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to train in a fast changing environment.

    Cons

    Not really a "Con" but this company has zero tolerance for poor customer service. I have seen the consequences for staff who are slack with following up with customers, not calling them back etc. Some have been sacked for that type of behaviour and I noticed that they felt resentful and "entitled" about that treatment. Those people did get plenty of chances though.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the training up. The change in the digital market-place seems to be getting even faster.
