Pros
Lockheed Martin has a better than average benefit package and also has federal holidays as off days. The Fort Worth site also works on a 9/80 schedule so every other Friday is an off day. Salaried personnel are also paid overtime.
Cons
Lockheed Martin is a very large corporation and has all the bureaucratic tendencies associated with that.
