Pros
Did a great job communicating updates with going virtual and keeping interns engaged with special events and opportunities to network with each other. Nearly all interns get some kind of job offer out of the experiences (whether for return internship or full time). Also got 4% automatic 401a match and monthly stipend
Cons
If you don't want to return to current position for full time offer, they don't really listen or keep application on file for other opportunities
