Lockheed martin is an amazing company and this position is a great way to explore these positions at locations that work directly with the customer. If you want to be the fore front interfacing with the customer and see your work make real world changes right in front of your eyes, this is the position to do it.
Cons
Working at forward locations supporting the equipment offered to the customer means you miss out on a lot of interfacing with other intelligent minds in the same company. This lack of interface makes networking and moving up in the company especially difficult.
