When I say value, I mean they appreciate you as a person, your ideas, your talents, and will strive to allow you to grow in ways that no other job/career I've experienced ever has. -Flexible scheduling, -Amazing benefits package. -High standard of quality in every aspect of the business.
Cons
The first few weeks can feel overwhelming with the vast amount of knowledge thrown at you. The rice was dry in the cafeteria. These are the only complaints I can think of.
