Great Work Environment and Flexibility, But Needs Stability in Policies and Payments - HPM Manager Lodha Employee Review

I had left Lodha a few years back to explore other places. After rejoining, I realised how flexible the culture here actually is. The clarity in communication, work opportunities, diverse learning experience and overall professional are hard to find elsewhere. I am glad to be back and grow with such an esteemed organisation.

The organisation is large so small changes take time to reflect.

Our one Lodha Place office is very nice. Great infrastructure with supportive management. People in all departments and at all levels are approachable. There is no strict hierarchy. There is always something new happening, whether it's a project phase, a launch, or a new challenge. It's a good environment for people who don't like routine or repetitive work and want continuous exposure.

This place is for ambitious individuals. You will often deal with uncertainty and have to take responsibility on your own.
