7yThanks for your review. Great to hear that you enjoyed the office environment and people at TDL, however I am sorry to hear that some of your experiences weren't so positive in other areas. We have made a number of changes to enhance our customer experience including a recent appointment in the newly created role of General Manager Customer Success. We have also made some structural changes and are working to enhance the leadership capability of our line managers. The HR team would welcome any further feedback you would like to share on your experiences.
