6yThanks for your review. Great to hear that you are enjoying the office environment and people at Thomas Duryea Logicalis, however I note your concerns in other areas. We have made a number of changes to enhance our customer experience including a recent appointment in the newly created role of General Manager Customer Success. We acknowledge that change can create uncertainty but the end goal is a more positive customer and employee experience.
