      Small company, everyone was invested in its success. Lots of training, hands on help.

      No raises. Should have been given higher certification level.

      Pros

      One of the best companies I ever worked for. Sharp people, fantastic product, passion for methodology, passion for technology, passion for solving real life business problems.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, sometimes it struggled to compete with large players. Hence the acquisition.
