Lack of a delineated career ladder for classified staff Contract limits raises from year 6-10 and 15-20, effectively causing you to go backwards in income when compared to cost of living Poor communication across the district and the campuses Very few codified procedures Staff salaries have not kept pace with the the increase in duties or with non-governmental jobs at the same level Many positions should be re-classified. For example Instructional Area administrative assistants are actually analysts.
