Pros
All employees except founders and CoCEOs
Cons
The founders are also co CEOs and micromanagers every single thing.
They aren't transparent with information or data, they hide uncomfortable questions that you have to submit for the
all hands.
There's no data sharing, and all of the data is a mess, they refuse and reject any suggestion that isn't coming from their brains.
They're always in the office and hanging out together but when you wait for a decision from them, they never have time to talk to each other.
Too many lies and inconsistent behavior, they lead the company in a very old hierarchical way, like old factories or stores.
They're never open to any new ideas or feedback unless it's from each other.
The business is doomed because of theyr inexperience.
They want to do all C level roles but have no experience in any.
They are incapable of doing sound financial plannings, and can't keep anyone in sales due to their contstant meddling.
If they hadn't founded their own company they'd never be CEOs, or CPO COO or CTO etc
