free parking, food truck if that is a pro.
Cons
They usually hire from within. The supervisors and managers all stick together like glue. They do no work, but yet constantly harass you on your on work. It is impossible to get a good raise here. If you spend too much time on the phone with a customer, you get penalized for it in your performance review. How can you establish good customer service with a customer when you are only allowed to stay on the phone for 5 minutes tops?
