A great place to learn and grow. Immense flexibility and autonomy. Company full of opportunities. Always changing: wonderful if you like new things and variety! Amazing hours: gread if you have a family or personal life goals.)
Cons
Lack of direction from leadership. Unclear organizational/management structure. Slight pay grade disparity. Above average bureaucratic hurdles. Always changing. (Sometimes seems unstable; confusing.) Weak 'young professional' / growth culture: 'eight and skate' mentality, so don't expect late nights of hungry professionals collaborating and desiring to push the limits.

Cons
Upper management is impossible to talk to. Certain perks are given to Certain employees. Your voice doesn't matter. Pay is very low not a good option if you're trying to get a head. No room for advancement. Company is not fiscally responsible. Two rounds of layoffs within two months. Company trying to get too big too fast. Very old outdated equipment. Dress code could use some work.
