Fantastic teams of people to work with. Company generally looks after you with decent pay, good benefits and flexible working. Although this can differ from department to department depending on your managers needs etc. Otherwise I have really enjoyed my time here and feel that there is room for career progression for everyone.
Cons
For a rising firm some policies feel a little outdated for the current climate.
