      - Took time to understand what I actually wanted - Excellent communication and regular check-ins - Strong range of locum and permanent opportunities - Honest, supportive, and not pushy - Found a role that was a genuine long-term fit - Found me several locum vet roles within a timely manner and then took time to understand my permanent goals and as a result found me the perferct permanent role, supporting me throughout.
