AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!! During open enrollment long hours. Be prepared to have your hours changed at the drop of a hat. If you have childcare or lack thereof be prepared to be let go! Favortism some can get flexibility others can not. Lack of communication, I never even met my supervisor for 3 months! You will never truly know if you are doing a good job or not! Doing open enrollment they will use you just to satisfy having a "body" in a chair an as soon as open enrollment is over they will tell you your "Contract has Ended". Also don't fall for the "okie doke" about getting hired on. It will probably never happen. Many Leads said out their own mouth they interview 6-7 times before they got hired on! Also be prepared to work around mice. The building is infested and mice feces and urine is on your desk every morning!
