Pros
-all the overtime you want, even if you dont want it. -it is an "essential" job, so covid wont stop us. -upper management got a lot of money when the company sold, for way more than it was worth at the time, so they are in a good mood. -the previous CEO jeff graves "quit" after nearly running the company into the ground.
Cons
-mandatory overtime, even when there is no work. -merit increases are barely even cost of living increases. -nobody got their cost of living increase last year -nobody got their bonus last year -health benefits are expensive. -long hours, have to work four 10 hour shifts. -management is incompetent. -corporate has no clue what is going on with the manufacturing floor. -worker moral is very low at the moment due to all the unnecessary overtime, and long overdue raises.
