Mack Tool is small and pretty laid back. As long as you are doing your job! Management gets along well with the shop They feed us every Friday!

We are small, but we still do not have enough employees. It feels like you have to do the work of 3 people sometimes just to keep up

Very good place to learn, and gain experience. Not many shops in the area are capable of doing they type of work.

Unorganized working environment can be stressful with constant changes to processes. Starting out you are expected to fix everything problem that happens with no knowledge or background on it
