Cons
No room for growth Toxic environment No structure Constant changes in management High turnover rate Low pay Doesn't value loyalty and top performers Want to be luxury but no where near close Underpays you and assigns you tasks above pay grade No bonus for Supervisors & SA. While ASM & SM make a killing off bonus 2% comm in September to March Slow and dead in spring/summer months Horrible benefits (uses blue cross, cheap company)
